Hot Water Heater Maintenance

Hot water heater maintenance occurs once a year around Thanksgiving

The part of the system being maintenanced is the tankless heating unit, not the hot water tank itself. One year the vendor noticed that the pump that moved water to the tank was about to fail so they replaced it. So it can be any part of the overall system but primarily the tankless heating portion is being flushed.

2. Ask them to look up our account
3. Tell them you want to schedule annual maintenance
   1. Maintenance is essentially a flush of the system and an overall health check
   2. Ask them to perform the same task as the previous year.

You will likely have to pay for it yourself and ask to be reimbursed by the HOA
